These Terms of Use constitute an agreement ("Agreement") made between Inular, Inc. ("K-9 Partnership") and any person accessing this website operated by Inular, Inc. ("You") with respect to your use of Inular, Inc's website, www.k9partnership.com , or any successor website ("Site"). You agree to abide by all of the terms of this Agreement as a condition of your continuing access, view or sue of the Site. 5. Security and Privacy You shall be solely responsible for the security, confidentiality, integrity, and use of all messages and/or content that You transmit to this Site. Personal information that is voluntarily submitted to Inular, Inc. is not sold, and is not shared with entities outside of the company unless we are required to do so by law. Inular, Inc. will never rent, sell, or give away your information such as your email address and online habits, unless directed to by a court of law or by the client.
6. Cancellations: “No shows” or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as one session and charged for the full price.
7. Refunds/Scheduling Lessons
Because behavior is constantly changing, it is important that the sessions be scheduled on a consistent basis and in a timely manner. Repeated cancellations by client which result in failure to complete program within 2 months from date of initial consultation may be construed as a termination of the contract by said client.
If during the contract period of receiving training or behavioral services from K-9 Partnership, 1 month passes without any contact from the client, K-9 Partnership is relieved from any further obligation under this contract and any fees paid shall remain non-refundable.termination of the contract by owner.
